RIYA GARG

Riya is a social impact consultant with over 4 years of experience. She is a Former Associate at FSG (a global mission-driven consultancy firm) where she worked on a range of issues, including reproductive and sexual health, impact finance, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). Before FSG, Riya worked with Samagra (a governance consultancy) where she provided consultancy services to state governments of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and helped them improve the quality of education in their states. Riya is passionate about teaching, and has used her free time to tutor, guide, and mentor dozens of students through different forms - independently, as part of NGOs, and through LinkedIn.

 

She is an Economics (Hons) graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and has received post-graduate admission offers for Public Policy/ Development Studies from many universities, including Harvard, Oxford, and Yale. She is currently a Public Policy Student at Yale University where she is studying with full scholarship.
